Single use plastic bottle

There is no excuse for this one. Choose a glass or stainless steel refillable alternative. Just don't forget to take it with you when you leave the house!

Use up what you have. This could take you a while... and then make it a priority to only buy what you need. Ditch the chemicals and parabens...sooo bad for you and get natural, biodegradable soap, lotions and so on. You can even have a go at making your own toothpaste, mouth wash, face cream.

Chemical cleaning products

You could pretty much clean your entire house using these core ingredients. 'Green' cleaning is so much better as you will reduce the use of harmful chemicals, have purer air quality in your home and save money.

Paper towels

Paper towels are not recyclable and not very necessary. Much better to use cloth napkins.

Cling film

Swap clingfilm for beeswax wrap or even better, the good ol' Mason Jar.

Plastic bags

Single use plastic bags are harmful for the environment as they never really fully decompose and can take up to  hundreds of years to do so. They can also leach chemicals onto our food. A sustainable solution is to use cloth bags for your shopping. You can make your own or buy from us!
